– Trainers — deliver practical security and bereavement-support courses
– Moderators — manage event flow, communications, and stakeholder liaison
– Administrators (Minimum Grade B) — coordinate ops, records, and logistics
Core skills and experience we need:
– Security operations and incident response, including threat assessment and rapid escalation procedures
– VIP and close protection techniques: advance planning, protective formations, and discreet escorting
– Funeral support services and dignified escort protocols, such as family liaison, respectful movement through venues, and coordination with funeral directors
– Crowd management and event flow control to maintain safety, privacy, and calm during high-emotion moments
– Strong leadership, clear communication, and solid administrative capability for scheduling, reporting, and inter-agency coordination
